We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Process Technician to support production operations within a Class 1000 Clean Room in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly controlled, precision manufacturing environment.
Due to the cleanroom environment, the successful candidate must be clean shaven as will be required to wear a fitted face mask for PPE purposes throughout the working day.
Key Responsibilities
*Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes
*Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimise downtime
*Monitor process parameters and adjust as needed to maintain product quality and consistency
*Collect data from production runs to identify trends or issues
*Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to all cleanroom and safety protocols
*Maintain accurate production records, batch logs and quality documentation
Requirements
*Previous experience as a Process Technician or in a manufacturing/cleanroom environment is highly desirable
*Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow technical instructions
*Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
*Ability to work effectively in a cleanroom environment and wear PPE (including a face mask) for the full shift
*Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team
