Research Executive

As a Research Executive, you’ll play a key role in helping global food and drink brands understand their consumers and the market around them. Working across a wide range of innovation and strategy projects, you’ll support the development of consumer research, trends analysis, and desk research that inspires bold thinking and smart decisions.

You’ll join a tight-knit, collaborative team of researchers and consultants in a fast-moving, high-impact environment where no two projects are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the delivery of qualitative and quantitative research projects, from set-up through to insight delivery
  • Conducting desk research on consumer behaviour, competitor activity, trends, and market dynamics
  • Helping to analyse, synthesise, and present insight in compelling, story-led ways
  • Collaborating with consultants and strategists to turn research into action
  • Contributing to workshops and ideation sessions with clients

What We’re Looking For:

  • A passion for research, food, culture, and trends
  • Some experience in a research, insight, or strategy role (internships or junior positions welcome)
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Naturally inquisitive with an ability to think critically and creatively
  • Confident working both independently and as part of a team
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
