This is a full-time, permanent role within the organisation’s Custom Programmes team, responsible for designing and delivering bespoke learning experiences for high-profile corporate clients.This position is ideal for a dynamic and experienced project management professional who thrives on delivering complex programmes, leading change, and driving excellence across teams. It offers the chance to make a tangible impact on how global business leaders learn and grow.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of custom-designed learning programmes delivered on-site, online, and in hybrid formats.
  • Lead and embed strategic change initiatives to streamline operations and improve performance across the organisation.
  • Act as a mentor and deputy line manager for a team of Programme Managers, supporting their development and ensuring effective resource coordination.
  • Oversee all aspects of programme logistics, stakeholder communications, and client satisfaction, ensuring a world-class learning experience.
  • Collaborate closely with business development, learning designers, faculty, and external stakeholders to align programme delivery with client expectations.
  • Utilise data, dashboards, and digital tools (including AI) to enhance project visibility, decision-making, and continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Proven track record in project management, operations, and change leadership.
  • Strong experience in managing executive programmes or events, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using a range of digital systems and adept at analysing data to inform strategy and planning.
  • An inspiring team player who can confidently lead teams through change and motivate others to achieve excellence.
  • Flexible and responsive to varying work patterns, including occasional evenings and weekends during programme delivery.
  • A confident communicator with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
