We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Trainee Electronics Lab Technician to join our clients team on a part-time basis (minimum 15 hours per week). This is a training position designed to help you build the skills and knowledge required to take on the responsibilities of the role. Whether you're at the start of your technical journey or looking to transition into electronics from another field, this role will provide you with the guidance and practical experience needed to grow and succeed.

Working hours can be flexible and tailored to your schedule but must be consistent each week.

Responsibilities:
* Production: Building, calibrating, quality controlling, and preparing Bluetooth test equipment for shipment
* Testing and Validation: Performing in-depth testing of equipment to ensure high standards and spec compliance
* PCB Troubleshooting and Repair: Identifying faults, performing surface mount soldering, and assisting with hardware repairs
* Documentation: Recording test procedures, outcomes, and equipment maintenance logs with precision
* Collaboration: Supporting the Production Manager and working closely with engineers and developers
* Inventory Management: Organising and maintaining lab supplies, stock levels, and toolkits
* Lab Safety: Keeping a clean, safe, and organised working environment and following safety protocols

Note: You are not expected to know how to do all of these tasks from day one. Full training will be provided to help you become confident and capable in each area of responsibility.
