What you'll do:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience an advantage)
- Inspire students to explore a range of techniques, media, and cultural influences
- Support learners in developing both practical skills and critical thinking
- Play a key role in school exhibitions, arts events, and cross-curricular projects

What we're looking for :
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- DBS on the update service
- Strong subject knowledge and a genuine love for Art and Design
- A track record of fostering creativity and student achievement
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to the wider school life
