Salary:£12.21 - £17.50 Per hour
Job Duties:- Providing support to individuals with health or social care needs
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Supporting individuals with meal preparation and medication administration
- Engaging clients in social and recreational activities
- Monitoring and documenting clients' progress and reporting any concerns to the appropriate supervisor
- Valid DBS check
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent
Experience:Experience in a healthcare or social care setting
Knowledge and Skills:- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Empathy and compassion towards individuals in need of support
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
- First Aid certification
- Driver Preferred
- Part-Time hours, with potential for additional shifts
- Work may involve weekends and evenings
- May require travel to different client locations
- Physical tasks such as lifting and assisting with mobility may be involved
