Deputy Manager/Social Worker - Parenting Assessment Centre - from £42,000
Are you a Qualified Social Worker who's sick of holding a caseload & is keen to try something new? This one's for you! NonStop Care are working with a newly established Parenting Assessment Centre in Cambridge, who are looking for a qualified social worker to come on board their service as a Deputy Manager.
In this role you will deputise for the Registered Manager, helping to oversee a team of support workers who carry out direct work with Mother & Babies within the 3 bed Parenting Assessment Centre.

Responsibilities -
- Deputise for the Registered Manager
- Aid with supervision of support workers in the centre
- Direct work with mother & babies in the centre
- Quality assurance of the Parenting Assessments
Requirements -
- Previous experience as a Qualified Social Worker
- Experience within Parenting Assessments, Early Intervention or Safeguarding
- Previous experience in supervision
