The Role
Reporting to the International Centre Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our international students' accommodation and welfare needs. Your responsibilities will include:
•    Sourcing and assessing high-quality Homestay accommodation, including undertaking health, safety, and safeguarding checks
•    Supporting student wellbeing and ensuring their social integration throughout their time at CRC
•    Coordinating administrative tasks relating to ESOL admissions, visa processing, and compliance
•    Assisting with marketing, recruitment, and wider activities across the International Office
Please note: this role requires flexibility, including availability during evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
 The primary purpose of this job role is to: 
•    Source quality accommodation and assess Homestays for international students, including safeguarding and health and safety checks. 
•    Ensure that student welfare and social needs are met during their programme of study. 
•    Coordinate with ESOL admissions, visa applications and compliance processes, checking eligibility for funding against the criteria. 
•    Supporting with administrative, marketing and recruitment activities within the International Office as required. 
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a candidate with:
•    Proven experience in a similar accommodation and welfare role within an educational environment
•    Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
•    The ability to work independently and as part of a team
•    A student-centred approach with a passion for providing outstanding support services
Qualifications:
•    Good standard of general education including GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above or equivalent relevant experience. 

Experience:
•    Experience with Safeguarding training. 
•    Experience in engaging with people and assessing homestay accommodation. 
•    Experience in an administrative role supporting with visa applications. 
•    Experience in a customer service environment.
