Are you someone who thrives on making a real difference—supporting others to overcome challenges, grow in confidence, and achieve their goals?We’re looking for a dynamic and dedicated Personal Development Coach to join a team focused on helping young individuals thrive both in their learning and personal lives.�? Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering engaging workshops, individual coaching sessions, and progress reviews that focus on confidence-building and core skills in maths and English.
  • Monitoring and supporting learners who require additional help—particularly those with identified needs or those at risk of falling behind.
  • Contributing to a dynamic personal development programme that equips young people with essential life and employability skills.
  • Promoting the use of inclusive tools and technologies, such as assistive software and reading aids, to enhance student independence.
  • Working collaboratively with teaching staff, support professionals, and families to build a strong, joined-up support system.
  • Helping shape enrichment opportunities that develop students’ wellbeing, life skills, and community involvement.
  • Supporting the induction and mentoring of new team members, and contributing to team learning and development activities.

  • Experience working with young people in education, youth services, or a similar support setting.
  • Understanding of safeguarding, support frameworks like EHCPs, and how to work with learners with varied needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to motivate and build trust with diverse individuals.
  • Confidence in using digital tools to support learning, with a willingness to explore new technology.
  • A collaborative approach, flexibility, and a proactive mindset focused on student success.
