About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Professional, located in Cambridge City centre. The Sales Professional will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, assisting customers with their purchase decisions, and maintaining the overall presentation of the store. Daily tasks may include managing sales transactions, handling customer inquiries, and contributing to the store's sales objectives. The role will require you to work 5 days a week in-store. The store is open Tuesday- Sunday, and you will be required to work weekends.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in fashion retail, although this is not essential as we will provide training in all thing's product and tailoring.
  • Strong people skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
  • High social intelligence and empathy.
  • A keen eye for visuals, styling, and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
