We're looking for a Seasonal Plant Supervisor to assist the Manager in maintaining high standards, driving sales, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. What You'll Do:
- Assist in leading the team - Support and mentor colleagues, ensuring expert plant advice and top-tier customer service.
- Manage stock and displays - Maintain optimal stock levels, create eye-catching displays, and refresh the offering seasonally.
- Ensure plant quality - Oversee the care and maintenance of annuals, perennials, bedding plants, and indoor varieties.
- Engage with customers - Provide knowledgeable advice on plant care, seasonal trends, and garden planning.
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of seasonal plants, including annuals, perennials, and bedding plants.
- Retail experience, ideally in a garden centre or similar environment.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to daily operations and merchandising.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
