Are you passionate about supporting international students and ensuring they have a safe, welcoming, and enriching experience while studying in the UK? We are seeking a dedicated Accommodation, Activities & Welfare Officer to join a Cambridge-based educational institution and play a key role in supporting students' welfare and integration.

Reporting to the International Centre Manager, you will be at the heart of the student experience - ensuring high-quality accommodation, promoting wellbeing, and supporting key administrative processes

Your duties will include:

  • Sourcing and assessing Homestay accommodation, conducting health, safety, and safeguarding checks.

  • Supporting students' wellbeing and social integration during their time at the college.

  • Coordinating administrative tasks around ESOL admissions, visa processing, and compliance.

  • Assisting with marketing, recruitment, and wider activities within the International Office.

We are looking for a proactive and compassionate professional who can deliver outstanding student support services. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar accommodation and welfare role within an educational setting.

  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.

  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

  • A student-centred approach and genuine passion for supporting international learners.

  • Salary: 26,825 - 28,629 per annum
