Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage building services and maintenance contracts.

  • Conduct surveys to assess project requirements and specifications.

  • Negotiate and procure contracts ensuring compliance with council policies.

  • Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Person Specifications
Must Have

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

  • Experience in surveyor and contract procurement roles.

  • Strong understanding of building services and maintenance.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with local councils or government bodies.

  • Knowledge of GDPR and confidentiality agreements.

  • Relevant licenses or qualifications in surveying or contract management.
