Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a friendly and efficient reception service. Duties will include answering calls, greeting guests, managing meeting rooms, and supporting the wider team with administrative tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A professional and approachable manner
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy front desk
- Previous reception or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
