Tiler – Social Housing Contractor

- Pay - £180 a day CIS using own van
Our client, a well-established contractor specialising in social housing, is looking for an experienced Tiler to join their growing team.
About the Role
You’ll be carrying out high-quality wall and floor tiling works within occupied and void social housing properties. Projects include kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, planned maintenance, and responsive repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and tile surfaces to a professional finish
- Work efficiently in occupied properties with respect for residents
- Liaise with site supervisors and tenants to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain health & safety standards at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tiler (domestic/social housing experience preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Tiling (advantageous)
- Full UK driving licence (company van may be provided)
- CSCS card desirable
