Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician and MOT Tester
·Performing a variety of service operations & MOT's
·Testing tyres, wheel alignment, exhausts, batters, welding, cutting
·Basic and advanced knowledge of suspension and brakes
·Ensure that all deadlines are met making sure all vehicles are tested in accordance with legal standards.
·Good technical skills as a vehicle technician
·Defined assembly operations and maintenance repairs with the highest level of quality and efficiency
·Ensure compliance with safety and manufacturer standards
·Accurately document service work
Skills and Qualifications of a Vehicle Technician and MOT Tester
·MUST HOLD an NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
·MUST HOLD a MOT License Class 4 - Class 7 Not Essential but Preferred
·Previous Vehicle Technician experience within the automotive industry
·Hold your own tools and toolbox
·MUST HOLD Full manual UK Driving License
·Right to work in the UK - no sponsorships available
