Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging, hands-on bricklaying sessions to a range of learners.
- Keep up to date with industry standards, tools, and practices to ensure your teaching remains current and relevant.
- Support and guide learners, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
- Engage in continuous professional development to maintain teaching and industry expertise.
Requirements (Skills / Qualifications / Experience):
- Must hold an NVQ Level 1-3 in Bricklaying.
- Trade experience in bricklaying is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in education.
- Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and productive workshop environment.
- A teaching qualification is not required to apply-training will be fully funded.
