The role - Behaviour Mentor - Camden

This is an exciting role for an individual who is seeking a challenging but rewarding role as a Behaviour Mentor. You will be working either 1:1 or in small groups supporting and mentoring pupils who are vulnerable or suffer from mental health or challenging behaviour. Behaviour Mentors work closely with other members of the behavioural team to ensure the progress of pupils is tracked. You will also liaise with the class teacher to help with overall behaviour in the classroom. You should be able to think quickly on your feet and have a warm and friendly attitude. This will help you to form relationships with pupils which will help you to mentor and support them.
