- Candidate Attraction & Management – Source, screen, and manage a robust talent pool of industrial temps, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
- Business Growth – Drive revenue through proactive sales, networking, and effective account management.
- Compliance & Best Practice – Ensure all placements adhere to legal and company standards while upholding our ethical approach to recruitment.
- Proven experience in 360 recruitment, from the industrial temp sector.
- A strong sales mentality with a consultative approach to building long-term relationships.
- A self-motivated and accountable mindset – you take ownership of your desk and drive results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.

- A competitive basic salary up to £35,000.
