  • Full 360 Recruitment Cycle – Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for industrial temp placements, from business development to candidate placement.

  • Candidate Attraction & Management – Source, screen, and manage a robust talent pool of industrial temps, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Business Growth – Drive revenue through proactive sales, networking, and effective account management.
  • Compliance & Best Practice – Ensure all placements adhere to legal and company standards while upholding our ethical approach to recruitment.
