Our client is a well-established and reputable garage in Cannock, known for delivering top-quality service and building lasting customer relationships. Theyre now looking for a skilled and reliable MOT Tester/Mechanic to join their team.
Role Overview:50% of your time will be dedicated to carrying out MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations
The remaining 50% will involve mechanical work including servicing, diagnostics, brake and suspension repairs, and general maintenance
Completing accurate records of inspections, repairs, and test results
Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
Supporting team members to deliver excellent customer service
MOT Tester licence (VTS number) is essential
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
Confident diagnosing and repairing a range of mechanical faults
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Full UK driving licence
Team player with a positive and dependable work ethic
Salary: £35,000 per annum (full-time, permanent)
