Regional Sales Manager - Northwest Eng / Wales Territory

Based Cannock

£DOE plus Car Allowance, Bonus and excellent benefits

My well established and developing client is looking to recruit Regional Sales Manager to grow revenue within the Northwest / Wales Territory by onboarding new clients. Spending 60-80% of your time on the road, meeting potential clients face to face, presenting the company, and turning warm and hot leads into potential opportunities. This role is purely new business. Once an account is established this is then passed to Account Manager, whist you bring on more new business. Your success will be measured on new customers and overall sales territory growth. Experience of the packing industry would be advantageous but not essential

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the sales plan for your territory
  • Present yourself to potential customers in a highly professional manner
  • Achieve sales revenues and profit margin goals
  • Strategically win new clients to deliver consistent growth
  • Handover reactive administration to sales support team
  • Conduct face to face video meetings with prospects
  • Conduct post appointment handover with sales support team
  • Attend regular meetings with your territories Sales Support and Key Account Managers
  • Assist NPD team with development of products and services
