The Opportunity: Technical Training Instructor

Contract: PermanentĀ 

Location: National (Commutable to Cannock)Ā

The Impact you will have:

  • Develop and deliver internal technical training courses to Engineers predominantly at Briggs sites (Cannock, Maidenhead or Cannock)Ā 
  • Work collaboratively with the Technical Training Business Partner to establish the yearly training plan and scheduleĀ 
  • Identify individual engineer skill shortages through assesments and testingĀ 
  • Establish a close working relationship with Engineering Managers toĀ esnure we have the correct level of engineer support and skill level
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Technical Training and Technical teams to drive continuous improvements across our training delivery
  • Promote technical eLearning content for EngineersĀ 

What will help you to excel in this role:

  • Previous delivery of technical training is desirableĀ 
  • An accredited technical qualification is a mustĀ 
  • Previous experience with MHE or plant equipment is advantageousĀ 
  • Full UK driving licenceĀ Ā 
  • Extensive communication skills both oral and writted
