We are looking for a Customer Account Manager to join their vibrant team - The purpose of  the position is to assist the part sales, customer accounts and warehouse function to deliver great service and increase revenue.

The main duties of this role are 

  • Handling customer enquiries and building relationships
  • Receive and process parts orders
  • Raise quotes and invoice
  • Schedule maintenance and services 
  • Engage with existing and lapsed customers, to promote service packages and warranties
  • Co ordinate deliveries and general administration tasks

The Ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience

  • Experience of working within the Hire / Service sector , parts sales or working with machinery.
  • B2B experience within a sales / account management role and a strong customer service background
  • Forward thinking with a positive mind set and can handle objections
  • Excellent organisation,  works well under pressure and in a team environment. 
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Excel

Salary very competitive!!!!!!

Working hours - Mon - Fri  8.30 - 5.00 pm
