- Drafting Wills, including simple and trust-based Wills
- Preparing and registering Powers of Attorney (General, Enduring, and Lasting)
- Administering trusts, including preparing Deeds of Appointment and Retirement of Trustees
- Managing probate applications, letters of administration, and full estate administration
- Advising on and drafting Deeds of Variation
- Running your own estate files and assisting on complex taxable estates and trust matters
- 5+ years’ Private Client experience
- Able to manage estates, Wills, and LPAs with minimal supervision
- Personable, well-presented, and highly organised
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- A real team player with a client-focused approach
