Finance Business Partner - Cannock (Hybrid) | Up to 50,000 | Permanent

Are you a commercially-minded finance professional looking to make a real impact in a dynamic business environment? We're currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a leading organisation based in Cannock, offering a hybrid working model and a competitive salary of up to 50,000 per annum.

About the Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between the core finance function and operational teams. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to support strategic decision-making and drive commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Deliver insightful financial support internal stakeholders
  • Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and ongoing forecasting
  • Identify opportunities to enhance financial performance and contribute to strategic growth
  • Take a proactive approach to financial management, and processes
  • Develop and implement cost control measures to help deliver increased profitability
  • Continuously improve and evolve reporting tools
  • Provide additional ad hoc commercial analysis and support as required

What We're Looking For

You'll be a confident communicator with the ability to challenge and influence at all levels. Ideally, you'll be a qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to deliver financial insight in a business partnering capacity.
