Executive Head Chef - Kent - £60k
I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Executive Head Chef for my client's site in East Kent.
My client is one of the UKs leading Contract Caterers and are recruiting someone to head up the food operation within this multi-faceted venue, with a mix of both counter service restaurant and a thriving Conference & Events department.
As the Executive Head Chef, you will be responsible for a team of Head Chefs ensuring the food remains of the highest standard, is always evolving and on trend, innovative and nutritious. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills/ knowledge
Currently at Executive Head Chef level
Have proven background within contract catering
High-volume experience, catering for 1000+ per day
Strong menu development, administration and people management skills
Working predominantly Monday to Friday.
