I am seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to lead and deliver strategic marketing initiatives across my client's professional services firm. This pivotal role is ideal for a well-rounded marketing professional who understands the nuances of a relationship-driven, client-focused environment and can effectively translate business objectives into impactful marketing activities.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that support firm-wide and practice-specific growth objectives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including digital (email, SEO, social media, website) and offline (events, sponsorships, print) initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all client touchpoints, marketing materials, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce high-quality thought leadership, case studies, and client communications.
  • Plan and deliver client events, webinars, and sponsorships that enhance brand visibility and support business development goals.
  • Oversee website content, SEO performance, and digital analytics to improve engagement and lead generation.
  • Work closely with partners, fee earners, and business development teams to align marketing efforts with client needs and commercial priorities.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance, using data to inform decisions and demonstrate ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4 years of experience in a marketing role within a professional services or B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of the professional services landscape and client relationship dynamics.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM systems (e.g., InterAction, Salesforce), CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics software.
  • Experience managing external agencies, suppliers, and freelancers.
  • Desirable: CIM or equivalent marketing qualification. Experience in legal, consulting, accountancy, or financial services sectors. Familiarity with client segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle marketing.
