Are you an experienced Conveyancing Specialist looking for a fresh challenge within a respected and supportive legal firm?A fantastic opening has arisen to become part of a friendly and proficient team at a practice renowned for prioritising employee well-being and professional advancement.The Opportunity: This position involves managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold homes
  • Transactions involving newly constructed dwellings
  • Mortgage and re-mortgage instructions
  • Lease extension processes
You'll be guided thoroughly through the firm’s internal protocols and will operate as part of a structured team consisting of a conveyancer, legal assistant, and administrative personnel.What We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of 12 months’ experience managing your own files in residential property law
  • Strong grasp of conveyancing procedures and relevant legislation
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work both autonomously and in a collaborative environment
  • Dedicated to offering high levels of client service and progressing matters efficiently
