- Budgeting & Forecasting – Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, aligning production volumes, raw material costs, and labour requirements with business goals to ensure accuracy and agility in a volatile manufacturing market.
- Supply Chain Management – Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to control raw material costs, reduce lead times, and improve inventory turnover, maximising cost efficiency while maintaining product quality.
- Financial Analysis – Deliver actionable insights on product margins, cost drivers, and operational efficiency, enabling leadership to prioritise high-value product lines and identify opportunities for profit growth.
- Reporting – Produce timely management reports and dynamic financial models, integrating manufacturing KPIs such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and yield rates to enhance strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting & supply chain finance within an SME environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
