Position: Third Line Network Engineer
Location: Near Canterbury, (with occasional travel)
Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
On-Call Rota: Currently 1 week in 4, with occasional out-of-hours work as required
Salary Range: £35,001 - £50,000 DOE

As a Third Line Network Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our client's technical support operations.
Your role will include:
- Providing expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for network issues.
- Collaborating with other technical teams to resolve complex problems.
- Ensuring the stability and integrity of the organisation's network infrastructure.
- Engaging in proactive monitoring and maintenance of network systems.
- Documenting processes and solutions to enhance team efficiency.
- Assisting with projects related to network upgrades and implementations.
Ideal skills for the position:
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
