What you'll do as an Early Years Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences following the EYFS framework
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive
- Support children's personal, social, and emotional development
- Work collaboratively with support staff and parents to ensure each child's individual needs are met
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress to inform future planning
What we're looking for in an Early Years Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)
- Experience working within Early Years or Foundation Stage
- A caring, patient, and creative approach to teaching and learning
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
