Location: Canterbury
Salary: £12.21 per hour and £34 per week shift allowance
Job Type: Temporary - Permanent
Shift: Nights, 10 pm – 6 am, Monday to Friday

The Role:
- Support Setters with production duties
- Remove scrap and report material issues
- Top up glue systems and pack products to standard
- Investigate and resolve minor process faults
- Assist in tool changes and machine cleaning
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Perform material quality checks
- Operate hand pallet trucks and support wider production tasks
The Person:
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Confident using hand pallet trucks or similar equipment
- A good communicator with a reliable and proactive attitude
- Able to follow instructions and work independently
- Committed to health and safety and maintaining a clean workspace
- Flexible and willing to support multiple areas when needed
