You must have experience handling your own residential property caseload from instruction to completion with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of residential sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity matters
- Handling both freehold and leasehold transactions, including new builds
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of transactions
- Providing high-quality client service and maintaining strong working relationships
