Working a 4 on, 4 off rotating shift (days & nights), you'll play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently across the site. What you'll be doing
- Delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a fast-paced manufacturing site
- Responding quickly to faults to minimise downtime and maintain production output
- Working collaboratively with production teams to support continuous, efficient operations
- Identifying improvements and contributing to ongoing site reliability and optimisation
What you'll need
- A Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Maintenance experience within a fast-moving manufacturing environment
- Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Multi-skilled engineering capability, or an electrical bias with solid mechanical knowledge
