Our client, a highly respected and dynamic Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy, is seeking talented individuals with experience in NEC contracts and the Water/Utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties across a portfolio of projects.

-Prepare cost plans, bills of quantities, tender documentation, and contract administration.

-Manage risk, value, and cost control throughout project lifecycles.

-Advise clients on procurement strategies and contract selection.

-Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.

-Mentor junior surveyors and contribute to team development.

-Report to Directors with regular financial updates and commercial strategy recommendations.

Key Requirements:

-Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar construction-related discipline.

-MRICS or working towards Chartered status (preferred).

-Minimum 5 years’ relevant UK consultancy or contractor experience.

-Strong understanding of JCT and NEC contracts.

-Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

-Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

-A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
