Job Description: We are looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine dining, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Manage and train restaurant staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
Develop and implement innovative menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
Maintain inventory and manage stock levels, ensuring cost-effective ordering and waste reduction.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end establishment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
