Secondary Teacher of Religious Education (RE) - Canterbury

Academics, Canterbury are currently working with a lovely, inclusive secondary school in Canterbury who are seeking an RE Teacher to start in January 2026.

We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates who are dedicated to educating and nurturing students in the field of Religious Education.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging Religious Education lessons for secondary school students
  • Explore various religious traditions and beliefs while encouraging critical thinking and respect for diverse perspectives
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with national standards
  • Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth
