** Senior Technical Coordinator - Canterbury **
Step into a pivotal role with a leading residential developer, delivering high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes across Kent. As a Senior Technical Coordinator, you'll take ownership of your projects, driving technical excellence and ensuring schemes are delivered efficiently, on time and to the highest standards.

In this role, you will manage and coordinate all technical information, engineering details and working drawing packages to ensure developments are delivered as intended and secure all necessary approvals. Key responsibilities include coordinating consultants, securing S104/S38/S278 approvals, managing surveys and reports, supporting design meetings and ensuring information is issued accurately and on schedule.

Applicants should be experienced Technical Coordinators or those currently working in technical roles within a residential housebuilding environment. An HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Construction, Design or Civil Engineering is essential, alongside strong organisational skills and excellent communication abilities. Experience across RIBA stages.
