**Senior Technical Coordinator - Canterbury**

An exciting opportunity to play a key role with a respected residential developer delivering high-quality, well-designed homes across Kent. As Senior Technical Coordinator, you'll be trusted to take real ownership of your projects, influencing design quality, buildability and technical delivery from early stages through to completion.

You will lead the coordination of all technical information, engineering details and working drawing packages, ensuring developments progress smoothly and secure all statutory and technical approvals. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating consultants, securing S104 / S38 / S278 approvals, overseeing surveys and reports, contributing to design and technical meetings, and ensuring accurate information is issued on time to support construction.

This role suits an experienced Technical Coordinator or someone working within a technical function for a residential housebuilder looking to step up. An HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Construction, Design or Civil Engineering is required, along with strong organisational skills, clear communication and experience working across RIBA stages in a residential environment.
