Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day financial tasks, including processing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Collaborate with management by providing accurate financial information and insights.
Support the creation and refinement of financial policies and procedures to improve operational workflows.
Stay informed about current financial regulations and industry best practices to maintain compliance.
Meet monthly financial deadlines consistently and efficiently.
Candidate Profile
Demonstrated experience in financial administration or a related role; experience in the construction sector is a plus.
Strong analytical aptitude with the capability to interpret detailed financial data accurately.
Skilled in accounting software, preferably Xero, and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
