Key Responsibilities:

  • Billing Updates: Keep billing information current and accurate to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Purchase Orders: Raise and process purchase orders efficiently while maintaining compliance with company protocols.
  • Invoicing: Handle invoicing tasks with precision, ensuring timely and accurate billing to clients.
  • Invoice Matching: Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies quickly and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients and responding to their queries in a timely manner.
  • Company Updates: Stay up-to-date with company information, including registration and VAT numbers, to facilitate seamless transactions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience with Xero: A solid understanding of Xero accounting software is essential for this role.
  • CRM Familiarity: Experience with in-house CRM systems is a plus, but full training will be provided to ensure you are set up for success.
