My client are a client-focused Wealth Management and Independent Financial Advisory (IFA) firm dedicated to delivering tailored financial planning solutions. They are seeking a Senior Administrator experienced in financial services to join our dynamic team.
Day-to-Day of the Role:- Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial advisers and paraplanners.
- Prepare and process new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection products.
- Manage client records and ensure data accuracy within back-office systems.
- Handle client queries and liaise with product providers to obtain information.
- Support compliance processes by maintaining accurate records and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
- Prepare reports, valuations, and meeting packs for client reviews.
- Assist with day-to-day office management and workflow coordination.
- Proven experience in a Wealth Management, IFA, or Financial Planning firm.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong administrative skills.
- Comfortable using financial CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and provider platforms.
- Knowledge of financial products, including pensions, investments, and protection.
- Strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
