Daily Duties
- Lead the design and delivery of architectural projects through the full construction lifecycle
- Manage project teams, coordinating personnel and consultants to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Produce technical and construction documentation, applying strong technical knowledge
- Use Revit to model and develop architectural designs
- Work confidently with various procurement routes, including traditional and design & build
- Guide projects through RIBA Plan of Work stages, ideally from inception to contract administration
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks, including contracts, building codes, and building regulations
Ideal Candidate
- At least several years' post-qualification experience with leadership responsibilities on architectural projects
- Strong design capability supported by deep technical understanding of construction and detailing
- Proficient in Revit with good BIM awareness
- Experience delivering projects through both traditional and design & build procurement routes
- Excellent client-facing and commercial awareness skills
- A collaborative team player with strong motivation, delegation, and people-management abilities
- Ideally experienced across all RIBA Plan of Work stages
- Solid understanding of contracts, regulations, and industry codes
