**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Project Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects through all RIBA stages. You will be responsible for leading projects from conception through to completion, ensuring high-quality design, adherence to timelines, and client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the architectural design process across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.

- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle in accordance with RIBA stages, from initial brief and feasibility studies to design, documentation, and project delivery.

- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to develop innovative design solutions that meet functional and aesthetic needs.

- Prepare and present design proposals, including sketches, drawings, and 3D models, to clients and stakeholders.

- Oversee the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and documentation required for planning and building regulations approval.

- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure compliance with design intent, and address any on-site issues.

- Maintain an excellent eye for detail, ensuring all deliverables are of the highest quality and adhere to industry standards.

- Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design quality and sustainability.

- Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and creative working environment within the studio.
