Job Title: Architectural Technician

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a RIBA chartered, multidisciplinary practice who provide award-winning design services to a range of building sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Architectural Technician to hit the ground running on their various residential projects.
To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technician, you will need to have a degree with architecture, as well as having strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice. The successful individual will be proficient with industry standard software such as Revit and AutoCAD, as well as having a strong background in working on projects within the residential sector.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Relevant degree within Architecture
- Good experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
- Strong experience working on projects within the residential sectors
- Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience with NBS software is desirable
- Strong technical detailing and design skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK Drivers License
