Mobile Plant Fitter

Up to 45,000 Basic Salary | Field-Based | Full-Time | Permanent

We're hiring an experienced Mobile Fitter to join a growing team based out of the Bristol depot - servicing a modern fleet of Telescopic Handlers at customer sites across the region.

If you take pride in solving problems fast and getting machines back to work, this is your kind of role.

• Carrying out on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs

• Working independently across multiple customer locations

• Maintaining telehandlers to the highest standard

• Accurately reporting jobs using a tablet-based system

• Managing your own workload and parts stock

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plant Maintenance (or equivalent)

• Strong background as a plant or diesel mechanic

• UK driving licence (max 3 penalty points)

• Confidence working independently on-site

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Good spoken and written English

• A valid CSCS card

• Familiarity with telehandlers, site machinery, or similar plant

• A "get it done" mindset - calm under pressure

• Ability to prioritise and stay flexible with workloads

• Clear, confident communication - whether the fix is quick or complex

• A proactive, customer-focused attitude

• Up to 45,000 basic salary
