Job Title: Temp to Perm Manufacturing Operative
Location: Cardiff Pay Rate: £16.94 per hour
Nights Monday to Thursday 10.30pm to 8.30am
Job Duties:

Preparing manufactured components for production.

Masking components with tape for painting.

Loading and unloading materials, including general manual handling.

Inspecting components using alignment gauges.

Hand filing items when necessary.

Cleaning parts before final inspection.
Skills Required:

Previous experience in preparation and polish work within a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in sanding, masking, priming, and polishing techniques.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality standards.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
