Trainee Business AssessorHoop PS&HR are proud to be working closely with a forward thinking and employee focused organisation who are currently looking for a Trainee Business Assessor to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. This position is based in Cardiff and comes with a salary of up to £28,000.You’ll play a key role in helping us grow and succeed by delivering high-quality, engaging training that leads to real, positive outcomes for learners. Your work will directly support our client’s commitment to continuous improvement, driving performance and enhancing the quality of everything we do.To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring relevant occupational experience, along with a genuine passion for supporting others, and be open to working towards your Assessor qualification if you don’t already have it.Benefits:

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging training sessions ensuring learners stay motivated and on track.
  • Travel around your region to meet learners in their workplaces, offering one-to-one support and carrying out assessments in real working environments.
  • Create personalised learning plans that supports and benefits individual learners, mapping out clear, achievable steps to success.
  • Work towards agreed targets to ensure learners complete their qualifications on time.
  • Develop course materials that are practical, easy to understand, and useful to the learners you’re working with.
  • Ensure records are up to date for awarding bodies and internal standards by tracking learner progress.
  • Run assessments in line with official requirements, helping learners feel prepared and confident.
  • Arrange extra training sessions where needed to keep learning flexible and accessible.
Requirements:
  • Experience delivering training or qualifications in your subject area
  • Experience delivering apprenticeship programmes
  • Familiarity with work-based learning or assessment practices
  • Experience working with awarding bodies and their requirements
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • CAVA or TAQA (or equivalent) or a willingness to work towards
  • City and Guilds Level 2 in supporting adults and young people with essential skills (Desirable)
