As a Sales Support Agent, you’ll be the friendly first voice for customers looking for travel insurance—handling new quote enquiries, renewals, and payment processing with professionalism and precision.

• Deliver first-class support to customers over the phone

• Match clients with the best insurance products for their needs

• Securely process card payments using our advanced call system

• Support inbox and live chat duties to enhance service reach

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills

• Sharp attention to detail and service-oriented mindset

• Confidence working independently and as part of a team

• Previous experience in call centres, admin or live chat is a bonus
